The mission of the South Carolina Society of Medical Assistants is to enable medical assisting professionals to enhance and demonstrate the knowledge, skills and professionalism required by employers and patients; protect medical assistants’ right to practice; and promote effective, efficient health care delivery through optimal use of multi-skilled Certified Medical Assistants (CMAs).

Please join us for Education, Food and Fellowship.
The Chapter meets on the 3rd Tuesday of every month at 6:00 p.m.
These meetings are held at the North Grove Medical Park in the 1st floor Conference Room. AAMA members can get CEU's for free and non AAMA members pay a $5 fee for education. Please feel free to ask about how to become a AAMA member. For more information and directions, contact one of the chapter officers.

Education sessions for 2017-2018 have not been announced, and are in progress. We are welcome to any suggestions as we want to keep our sessions interesting and relevant for our members. All students are welcome too, as they may start earning CEUs (come the the meeting to find out more). Please email one of the officers to make sure you are on our monthly email reminder.
