Pickens Chapter of the South Carolina Society of Medical Assistants

Monthly Meeting: Baptist Easley Hospital - Board Room (subject to change).

Second Tuesday, of every month at 6:30 PM.

The Pickens Chapter, continue to offer some really interesting education topics for

Continuing Education Units (CEU).

June 8, 2010, “Recognizing and Preventing Fall Risk for Seniors” (1 CEU).

Speaker will be Pat Getsinger-Curley, Coordinator for AnMed Health Lifeline.

July 13, 2010, “American Heart Association Healthcare Provider CPR” (3 CEU)

Speaker will be Christy Lowe, Wellness Coordinator, Cannon Memorial Hospital/

AHA Certified Instructor.

Class will be limited to 15. Cost will be $25.00, card included.
