The mission of the South Carolina Society of Medical Assistants is to enable medical assisting professionals to enhance and demonstrate the knowledge, skills and professionalism required by employers and patients; protect medical assistants’ right to practice; and promote effective, efficient health care delivery through optimal use of multi-skilled Certified Medical Assistants (CMAs).

Anderson Chapter of Medical Assistants
The Anderson Chapter of Medical Assistants meets the first Tuesday of each month at 6:00 pm in the Peggy Deane room, which is located in the Women's and Children's Hospital Entrance at the AnMed Health North Campus on East Greenville Street in Anderson. Go past the information desk & the meeting room is on the right.
We encourage All Medical Professionals and Students to attend the meetings for education, networking and light refreshments.
